Refund Policy

This store accepts eligible mailed returns and exchange requests for new T3 merchandise.

Eligibility after delivery

A request must be submitted no later than 30 days after the item is delivered. Qualifying goods that remain new and unused can be returned for a change of mind or mistaken choice. We also assess damage, defects, incorrect fulfilment, missing parts, or a significant mismatch with the description. Mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.

Authorization before mailing

Write to ibetunetof02@gmail.com with the purchase number, checkout contact email, reason, and visual evidence for an affected product. Do not ship until the request is approved and its destination is confirmed. The published mailing address is not automatically a returns facility.

Included label and charges

Each parcel contains a prepaid return label at no cost. Contact us if it cannot be found, and wait for approval before using it. Restocking charges are not applied.

Replacement or repayment

An eligible exchange can proceed after review when replacement inventory is available. We process or initiate an authorized refund back to the initial payment method within 10 days. Final posting remains subject to the bank or issuer.
