How a purchase is authorized

Checkout identifies the payment options currently offered. We begin fulfilment after authorization is complete. If a transaction remains pending or is declined, verify the billing entries or ask the issuing institution for help.

Security checks and temporary holds

A transaction can be reviewed or temporarily held for authorization. Such a hold differs from a settled charge, and the bank or issuer determines when it is released.

Sensitive information

Payment providers used at checkout process confidential transaction details. Whole card numbers and card verification values should never be included in an email.

Credits after approval
